After 25 years in telecom, our founder, Jessica Rhodes, looked across the telecom industry and realized that it no longer served the client. Clients begged her for help because they dreaded calling support for critical issues. Billing systems buried unnecessary charges in frivolous complexity. Precious time, energy, and money were lost on inadequate systems and processes. It was so rampant that businesses everywhere “embraced the suck” and accepted poor and unfair treatment as part of “doing business.”
